I have a suite of glassware in the "Thumbprint" pattern made by Jeannette Glass Co., located in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. The company was incorporated in 1898 and was shut down in 1983. I would say these glasses were produced in the 1920-50s.
This glass is the LIQUOR COCKTAIL. It is 4 /18" tall, made of clear glass with a gold rim. There are 4 available. There are also 2 without gold rims available, listed separately. All are in excellent condition.
