I have never before seen a repousse key case. This one is made by the well known Gorham Company. The top is a beautiful floral repousse. The bottom is black leather. Inside there are four attachments for your keys. The case snaps shut tightly and the condition is excellent. There are no dents or dings. It is marked on the back side GORHAM STERLING 47.
