I have two of these wonderfully decorative bowls made by the German SAXE of hard-paste porcelain.
This one has the "Dresden Flowers" with the purple tulip being predominant. Five medallions with floral rosettes alternate with the cross-hatched piercing (all outlined and highlighted with gold) to comprise the sides of the bowl. Floral rosettes also are on the medallions on the outside of the bowl. (Backstamp is pictured below. The number 3079 is in that backstamp written by hand under the glaze.)
The bowl is 9 3/4" in diameter and 2 1/2" tall. There is some minor gold rubbing, especially on the very outside edge. Otherwise, it is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, flakes, etc. and is without repairs. Felt pads are on the base to protect your tabletop.
US shipping with delivery confirmation is included in the price. Shipping charge quoted is for insurance only.
